In order to be able to offer better support, SQL Projekt AG has introduced “pcvisit”. This will allow an SQL employee to access your computer directly via the Internet and help you solve your problem.

HOW DOES PCVISIT WORK?

Select the download link below to download and run a small executable file (no installation required). Our support staff will provide you with a Support ID. Enter it into the input field of the application you have started, and then click on the green receiver. Our support staff can now look at your screen and help you solve your problem.
